Bichectomy is the application of removing excess fat from the cheeks to make the cheekbones more prominent and to make the facial features more proportional. This process, also called “Hollywood cheek” because it is preferred by Hollywood stars, provides a thin and youthful appearance by revealing the cheekbones and making the face appear thinner.
